How do I create an account?

To create an account press the "Log In" button in the top right corner to be directed towards a registration form. You should receive an email within a couple of hours.

How do I know if I am booked onto an event?

You should have received a confirmation email when signing onto the event. You can also find all the events you are booked onto under your account. To do this please log-in and click your username in the top right corner to be directed towards "Your Account" page to find your bookings.

How do I change my password?

It's easy as A, B, C. This can be done in your account tab on the website, simply by clicking your username in the top right corner. If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve a password by pressing the "Forgotten Password" button on the log-in page.

I have had a problem at one of my events, who should I tell?

We love to hear about what you enjoyed at one of our events, but we also know that sometimes things do not always go to plan. We really value all your feedback both positive and negative. You can provide feedback about one of your sessions under the "Feedback" tab of this website. Alternatively, in the unfortunate event something has happened at your event and you would like to report an incident please do so through the contact form or alternatively send an email to .
